Faith Instructors
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Program Head in all matters and work cohesively
- Promotes Gospel values and growth in holiness, values collaboration
- Fosters the faith learning (of self) and of those in his/her care.
- Ensures that opportunities are available for liturgical worship in all faith
- Formation programs and integrates these with catechesis.
- Develops a learning community among the learners so they assimilate the basic principles of pedagogy and adult learning and can apply this knowledge for the particular grade/age level.
- Instills in the learners, a sense of love for the faith and to cultivate discipleship among the children, teens and adults they teach.
- Presents to learners and or catechists the teaching of the Catholic
- Church according to the set FF curriculum and catechetical principles enunciated.
- Invites, motivates and trains volunteers to assist responsibly for various aspects of the total program.
- Develops a spirit of camaraderie, identity, and unity among catechetical staff and families when blending programs.
- Promotes good public relations both within FF and beyond the parish.
- Oversees faith formation at all sites if there are multiple locations and develops a coordinated approach toward total faith formation.
- Assisting in research of faith formation and content assimilation
- Partake and undertake ongoing evaluation of curriculum, methodology and programs.
- Ensures timely submission of reports, maintain accurate records of classes,Children and families etc.
- Actively Participates in all workshops pertaining to bettering Instruction skills and strategies.
Content Developers
Primary Responsibilities
- Content developer duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, among other tasks as per the set content guidelines
- Create simple-to-understand and user-friendly content, in-line with the content guidelines
- Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency in style, font, image and quality, tone and content accurateness
- Review the content and take ownership of the content production cycle
- Verify facts and claims written/cited in the content material prior to publication and correct them to avoid publishing errors
- Review content development and editing to ensure timely completions and efficient project processes
- Work Cohesively with Faith Instructors and report to them directly for all matters on Content development
Graphic Designers/Creative Experts
Primary Responsibilities
- Graphic designers create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Design landing pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, promotional materials, and other communication materials.
- Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop/Illustrator, InDesign, and more—is the standard in the industry.
- Meet with clients (when necessary) to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image
- Produce drafts for review by FF/clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints/online-posts reflect desired specifications and goals.
Social Media Expert/Specialists
Primary Responsibilities
- Social Media Expert/Specialists: optimise, maintain, monitor and lead the platforms and any marketing strategies carried out in them: Facebook, Telegram, Signal, Rumble, YouTube, etc.
- Content creation and management and content marketing.
- Interaction with users: community engagement.
- Social commerce: leads, calls to action and conversions in social media.
- Monitoring: online media, information sources and social channels.
- Measurements and follow-up: determining the ROI of the work carried out, justifying the quality of the actions taken and, of course, the results thereof.
- Campaigns: creative input, development, starting up and monitoring.
- Email marketing: development, creative input, running, results and campaigns.
- Database: creation, management and maintenance of the database, making it larger and more streamlined.
- Website: content optimisation and stimulation, improvements within the website structure: functionality, usability, navigation by users. Developing and launching a mobile version. Promoting, marketing and communicating all the website's contents. Measurements, monitoring and follow-up of results.
- Video-marketing: optimisation, search, keywords, sponsored videos, marketing.
- Community: leading online communities, brand representation in different forums and communities.
- Adviser: playing a brand consulting/advising role about the online environment: opportunities, new initiatives, development of digital identity and online presence
Offline Marketing Personnel
Primary Responsibilities
- To produce marketing communication briefs for external partners/sponsors.
- To work cohesively with Online Marketing Team
- Managing and producing all Offline artwork including amends until completion.
- To allocate codes for all marketing materials ensuring accurate and timely set-up.
- To produce briefs for Printing & Production with all relevant information to ensure efficient processing of each stage of print process.
- To ensure all mailing packs meet quality standards, postal regulations and are in economical formats that maximise ROI.
- To brief the potential audience on upcoming activities and to optimise the customer experience of live promotions.
- To maintain guard book of marketing literature and ensure samples are sent to the relevant circulation list.
- Processing invoices from suppliers (when needed).
- To support the rest of the Marketing team in the collation and interpretation of campaign results and make
- Be proactive and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up to date on marketing innovations and opportunities and report these to the team.
- Other ad hoc requests when required.
Book Keeper
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Update and maintain the general ledger
- Accurate Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Use basic knowledge of local tax laws to comply with reporting requirements
- Monitor any variances from the projected budget/costings/expenditures
- Monitor online receipts through FF website and track payments, dues etc.
- Assist and report to Financial Head
Website Manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the FF organization's website.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
- Identify and respond to all website security breaches.
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
- Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
- Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborate with all FF staff and Heads to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all Indian cyber laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and make improvement suggestions.
Hardware Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the FF organization's website.
- Installs, de-installs, modifies, and/or relocates hardware in the data centers consistent with job specifications and ensures schedules are met.
- Configures, installs, repairs, and troubleshoots issues related to hardware performance on servers, san equipment, network equipment, etc
- Basic and in depth troubleshooting of hardware related problems.
- Maintains documentation, inventory sheets, technical schematics and diagrams.
- Assists in the overall hardware planning at the site level
- Assist in the development/maintaining of best practices and procedures for the FF team
- Provides site services audit compliance support, when necessary
- Provide on-call support for issues where we are not scheduled to work

Software Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Installing new software and hardware components as necessary.
- Evaluating FF IT systems to ensure they meet necessary demands and functions.
- Assisting with network administration tasks when needed.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all issues co-workers have with their IT systems and software.
- Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
- Supporting Technical Head and team on daily operations of FF computer network.
