The RCIA stands for - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is a process through which non-baptized men and women enter the Catholic Church. It includes several stages marked by study, prayer and rites at Mass. Participants in the RCIA are known as Catechumens.

The Family of Faith (FoF) Archdiocesan Catechist Training Seminars are paramount to the Standardization and Conformity of How the Catholic Faith is being imparted and What is being imparted. This RCIA training managed and conducted by FoF ensures that. Generally, 2-3 full days of training are given and concentrated specifically on the needs of the Archdiocese, parish priests, RCIA heads and other catechists. FoF teaches the fundamentals of methodology in catechesis as per the norms of the Church.*

FoF is always willing to accommodate the specific training needs of the Archdiocese. Over the years FoF has developed the these seminars mentioned below that address the most common requests. These seminars can vary in length according to what depth of training a Archdiocese/Diocese desires. Most are designed for a single day, beginning in the morning at 930am and concluding by 5pm. Pricing for these seminars would depend upon the number participants and venue, logistics and the resources used (the RCIA Leader's Manual is a must have).
